Optivon provides managed telecommunications and information services solutions. Our sales approach is customer centric following a consultative process. While we have CLEC and IXC certificates and operate ISP and ASP functions, Optivon departs from traditional telecom service providers in that we focus on integrated turn-key solutions. We utilize state of the art systems to deliver our integrated voice and data services via managed broadband circuits. We offer to medium and large business and government customers IP Centrex/Hosted PBX, IP Trunking service, together with local and long distance voice service, broadband Internet access, voice mail, unified communications, email, hosted fax, local area networks, traditional T1s, and Metro Ethernet networks. We manage all aspects of our service offerings for our customers, including installation, provisioning, monitoring, network surveillance and billing. We also provide customized applications to end users and telecom carriers. Some of these use outsourced components and others are developed in-house. All are intended to provide a level of flexibility not available from traditional telephone companies, while allowing for scalability.
